Live Oak Village Apartments

We’re excited to highlight this thoughtfully designed new addition at Live Oak Village Apartments in Pineville, Louisiana! The community has created a safe, welcoming play space for residents and their children with the installation of GameTime playstructures, all set on poured-in-place rubber surfacing for added safety and comfort.

We especially love how the subtle, muted color palette of the playground blends seamlessly with the surrounding apartment buildings, creating a harmonious and cohesive environment. It’s a perfect example of design that complements its setting.

Kudos to Live Oak Village Apartments for making such a meaningful investment in their community—we know your residents will truly enjoy this new space.
