IG Levy Park

The new playground at I.G. Levy Park in Pascagoula, Mississippi, is a vibrant, thoughtfully designed space built to serve children and families of all abilities. Located within one of the Gulf Coast’s most popular community parks, this project enhances an already active destination with modern, inclusive play opportunities.
Designed with integrated shade structures, the playground helps keep play areas cooler and more comfortable during warm Mississippi days. Inclusive play components encourage children of varying abilities to explore, interact, and engage together. The installation also features Poured-In-Place (PIP) safety surfacing, providing a durable, ADA-accessible foundation that supports mobility devices while enhancing fall protection and long-term performance.
From climbing and imaginative play to social gathering spaces, this new playground creates a welcoming environment where families can connect, children can grow through play, and the community can thrive outdoors. Struthers Recreation is proud to help bring inclusive, safe, and inspiring play spaces to communities across Mississippi and the Southeast.
