New GameTime Playground at Centerville High School

Struthers Recreation is proud to partner with Saint Mary Parish Schools to bring a brand-new GameTime playground installation to Centerville High School in Centerville, Louisiana. This exciting project gives students a safe, engaging place to learn, grow, and play outdoors.

A New Playground for Centerville High School

The new Centerville High School playground features Crooked Shoals, part of GameTime’s PrimeTime play system. Designed for children ages 2–5 and 5–12, this play structure combines imaginative play with physical activity, ensuring that every student has opportunities for fun and development.

Highlights of the Crooked Shoals Play System

One of the standout elements of Crooked Shoals is the Challenge Canyon Bridge, designed to promote balance, coordination, and confidence. Students also enjoy:

• Five exciting slides for active fun

• Two crawl tubes that spark adventure and exploration

• Multiple climbing and play features that encourage active, social play

The Crooked Shoals system was chosen because it offers more than just fun—it supports motor skills, social interaction, and cognitive development. With durable materials and thoughtful design, this Struthers Recreation playground project will serve the Centerville community for years to come.
