Anderson Elementary Celebrates a Big Playground Upgrade in Booneville, Mississippi
Anderson Elementary in Booneville, Mississippi has officially unveiled its newly upgraded playground—featuring GameTime’s exciting Banks & Drops play structure along with a collection of fun and challenging freestanding components. Installed by Struthers Recreation, this new play space brings fresh energy, active play, and big smiles to students across campus.
A Dynamic New Banks & Drops Play System
The centerpiece of the renovation is the Banks & Drops (PT25030) play structure, a modern and dynamic system designed for kids ages 5–12. This structure is filled with high-value play elements that promote movement, coordination, and imaginative exploration.
Key features include:
Engaging Climbers: Angled and vertical climbing opportunities that help students build strength, balance, and confidence.
Multiple Slides: Fun sliding options that encourage continuous movement and cooperative play.
Open-ended play paths: Routes that let children choose their own way to climb, slide, or explore.
With its unique shapes and natural flowing design, Banks & Drops encourages kids to challenge themselves while discovering new ways to play every day.
Freestanding Equipment That Adds Even More Fun
In addition to the main structure, Anderson Elementary’s refreshed playground includes a variety of freestanding GameTime favorites—each bringing its own blend of physical development and pure fun:
Multiple Balance Beams: Perfect for practicing balance, agility, and coordination.
Space Arch: A bold climbing element that promotes upper-body strength and imaginative play.
Dome Climber: A classic, crowd-pleasing challenge that supports teamwork and problem-solving.
Dueling Zip Slide: A fast, exciting racetrack-style slide that gets kids smiling and running back for more.
And More: Allplay pieces were strategically chosen to create variety and keep students active and engaged.
Together, these components create a well-rounded play environment where children can climb, race, balance, slide, and explore through movement.
Designed for Safety, Durability, and Years of Play
Every element of the new playground was selected to meet high standards for safety and accessibility. The layout supports easy supervision, encourages inclusive play, and is built with durable materials that will stand up to daily use for years to come.
